Bookings and Payments –

  1. To book the desired trip, you must first completely fill the Booking Application Form and pay 20% of the trip cost that enables us to know the acceptance of our terms and condition by you
  2. The rest of the trekking trip cost should be paid before the trip in Nepal.
  3. You also need to send a copy of your passport with two recent photos of passport size to our office through email or fax.

Assumption of risk –
The trekker must understand the risks and dangers that may be encountered during the trek or tour due to pressure or change in mountains, accidents or illness in the parts that make lack medical facilities. The travellers must agree to understand all those risks and agree that no liability will be attached to the company, employees or the member of the tour group for death, personal injury, illness or for the loss of the property during the trip.

Travel insurance
The trekkers must be protected with the insurance themselves that include accidents, cancellation, emergency situations, loss or theft or damage of items for the whole trek, tour as well as mountaineering packages. All the costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash until and unless the insurance company has agreed to pay on your behalf.

Promotion –
Our company may use the images of you taken during the trek without compensating you for promotion through different medium.

Complaints –
If you have any complaints about the trek you must notify it to the leader or guide as early as possibleso that they can correct or adjust to it soon.
