Mardi Himal Trek

The hidden gem of the Annapurna Trek region, Mardi Himal, is the best route for viewing the spectacular Annapurna Himalayan range, Mardi Himal, Machhapuchre, Hiunchuli, Manaslu. The route has varied geographical diversity ranging from narrow path to spruce landscapes. The dense Rhododendron forests, culture, tradition, dialects of the local people, the fresh breeze from the Himalayas, are the eye popping factors that attract those who want a trek in a peaceful route. Mardi Himal Base camp, Ghandruk Village, Jhinu hot spring are the other center of attractions that make the whole trek a new and a refreshing experience.

Itinerary:

Day 01:Arrival at Kathmandu, transfer from the airport to hotel.
Day 02:Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (Phedi). Trek to Dhampus.
Day 03:Trek from Dhampus to Pitam Deurali. It takes about 3-4 hours. Altitude: 2100m.
Day 04:Trek from Pritam Deurali to Forest Camp. It takes about 4-5 hours. Altitude: 2600m.
Day 05:Trek from Forest Camp to Low Camp. It takes about 3-4 hours. Altitude: 3050m.
Day 06:Trek from Low Camp to High Camp. It takes about 4 hours. Altitude: 3900m.
Day 07:Trek from High Camp to Mardi Himal Base Camp. Again, trek back to High camp. It takes about 7-8 hours. Altitude: 4500m.
Day 08:Trek from High Camp to Sidding. It takes about 5-6 hours. Altitude: 1820m.
Day 09:Trek from Sidding to Lwang. It takes about 4 hours. Altitude: 1500m.
Day 10:Trek from Lwang to Ghyachok. It takes about 5 hours.
Day 11:Trek from Gyachok to Hemja then drive to Pokhara.
Day 12:Drive or fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Day 13:Departure from Kathmandu to your onwaed destination.

NOTE:  The itinerary for this trek is always flexible i.e. the duration of this trek can be both increased and decreased as per the traveller’s schedule and length of the holidays. The Himalayan region of Nepal have unexpected challenges in health and natural conditions so the itinerary might be modified or changed as to fulfill the desires of the clients providing the best security. As the flight schedules on Himalayan region are weather dependent, the time of the flight might be changed according to the weather forecasted.
