Upper Dolpa Trek
Upper Dolpa lies at the remote western region of Nepal that preserves the old Tibetan culture and was once considered as the isolated place of Nepal. The rugged landscapes, challenging passes, ancient Buddhist sites, nomadic people of Tibetan background, old historic monasteries, snow leopard, blue sheep are the main attractions providing remindful journey through the Mountain chains including Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Kanjirowa. Upper Dolpa was first written by David Snelgrove in “Himalayan Pilgrimage” and later on by Peter Matthiessen in “The Snow Leopard’ and the most awaited movie “Caravan” was filmed on this region.

|Day 17 :||Tokyo Gaon to Dho Tarap (4440m) takes about 4-5.|
|Day 18 :||Dho Tarap to Tarap khola (3800m) takes about 6-7|
|Day 19 :||Tarap Khola to Khani Gaun ( 3150m) takes about 5-6|
|Day 20 :||Khani Gaun to Tarakot (2140m) takes about 5-6 hour.|

NOTE: The itinerary for this trek is always flexible i.e. the duration of this trek can be both increased and decreased as per the traveller’s schedule and length of the holidays.
