Tamang Heritage Trek

Langtang valley, lying at the north of Kathmandu and bordering Tibet, isunparallel combination of both beauty and cultural riches.The Langtang valley which is located at the Rasuwa District constituteLangtangNational Park,Gosainkunda,Tamangcivilization and heritage sites as the most remarkable sites. The Langtang National Park covers an area of 1,170 km sq and includes 18 different ecosystem from lowland forests abundant with wildlife, to alpine meadows, pristine lakes, magnificent mountains. The tourist can experience trekking, climbingwhite-water rafting as well as the magnificient view of the Himalayas as LangtangLirung, LangtangRi, DorjeLakpa, Changbu and other peaks.


Day 1:Arrive at Kathmandu, transfer from the airport to hotel.
Day 2:Kathmandu valley sightseeing, preparation for the trek.
Day 3:Drive from Kathmandu to Syaprubesi (1400m)
Day4:Trek from Syaprubesi to Goljung or Gatlang ,Takes about 2-3 hour, altitude: 2238m.
Day 5:Trek from Goljung to Nagthali, takes about 5-6 hour, from Nagthali we can See Tibet village, altitude 2848m.
Day 6:Trek from Nagthali to Thuman takes about 2-3 hours, altitude 2338
Day 7:Trek from Thuman to Bridim, takes about 5-6 hour, altitude: 2290m
Day 8:Trek from Bridim to syaprubesi takes about 3-4 hour.
Day 9:Drive from Syaprubesi to Kathmandu
Day 10:
Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination.


NOTE:  The itinerary for this trek is always flexible i.e. the duration of this trek can be both increased and decreased as per the traveller’s schedule and length of the holidays. The Himalayan region of Nepal have unexpected challenges in health and natural conditions so the itinerary might  be modified or changed as to fulfill the desires of the clients providing the best security.
